Absolutely! We first need to know the following details to be able to best start this quote and streamline your time for selections.

  • How many pieces do you need?  
  • Do you have a decoration method in mind, such as embroidery or screen print?
  • What are your color or fabric preferences?
  • How much would you like to spend per piece?
  • Do you have an in-hand date we need to be aware of?

If embroidery, we can do as little as one piece. 
For screen print, we require 12 pieces. 
Direct-to-garment printing, similar to screen printing, allows some apparel to be printed one at a time.

We also have a heat press option. This allows the logos or art to be pre-ordered and applied as needed to any quantity for either a screen print feel or as a custom patch. This method allows for turn times much quicker than screen print or embroidery.

Embroidery typically takes 10-12 business days, depending on the time of year and the size of the order. For holidays, we highly recommend adding a week. In some cases, we can rush embroidery, so feel free to ask. 

Screen print is typically 8-10 business days depending on order size. Sometimes rushes are also available with this method.

Absolutely! We are personally familiar with most apparel options, so we can personally speak to the quality, fit, and material. We can also send over a PDF of the apparel spec sheets for sizing assistance. 

We also offer sample orders where you and your team can touch and try on the items. The apparel must be returned within 20 days (or used in your order to decorate). We do not charge for the samples if they are returned, only the shipping costs. Exceptions do apply to specific items.

Promotional Items/Hard Goods

It truly depends on the final selected product. The average turn is about 12-15 business days, but there are always rush or faster options we can explore depending on your in-hand date and items needed.

Yes! We will gather multiple ideas within your budget range and send over items for your consideration. If one stands out, let us know and we will get a mockup together and the project moving for you!

Absolutely! The majority of samples are free, and we are happy to send one to you before an order to ensure you like the product and quality. Only a few items at higher price points will charge for blank samples (like Yeti and other high-end or name-brand goods).


Yes! We can even include printed schedules, notecards, or decals to go inside the individual boxes. Throw in some colored crinkle or tissue paper too!

No problem at all! We handle international shipments every day.


We schedule a quick demo to get an idea of the items you want included on the site. We can include everything from apparel to custom variable data printed products. Once you narrow down your final selections, we will quote the price based on those and start moving. You can have a branded storefront as quickly as 30 business days, depending on customization level!

Since storefronts range in complexity and customization, turn times for stores will vary. Make sure to reach out to us as soon as possible, and we can confirm if the turn time is do-able.

We can easily do that! We can change the main cover image to include a holiday theme and greeting to “pick your gift” and navigate the team members to the item to order. From there, Priority handles everything — collecting total orders of items, producing, packing, and shipping directly to your employee’s homes, ensuring they have a seamless and fun experience picking their holiday items.


We need vector artwork to produce apparel and hard goods, either AI or EPS format where we can touch each shape and letter individually. Most people do not have the special programs needed to open these types of files — what we call the “original working art file.” A good note as well for locating the right format is that it also cannot be an image file (jpeg png, tif, etc.) placed into ai or eps and saved out, as that is still an image and not useable.

If you cannot provide the file format needed, our team can recreate your logo identically in the format needed. We will send you the file for future use, so you do not run into that issue again for a small design charge. If you order hard goods through us, it is discounted even further.

Gifts and Awards

It is important to note that during holidays, factories are overloaded with orders and their turn times tend to be extended by an additional week or two. It is safest to plan your orders starting in October and finishing up in early November, at the latest, to ensure your in-hand date if needed before Christmas.

Since Priority can produce custom boxes, the options are endless. We can full flood print outside and inside in any size and quantity. We can also offer standard white or kraft boxes and add a decal inside or out to add a bit of flare compared to a basic blank box. To really jazz it up, add a printed card, variable data with their name, or branded tissue paper to take your gift to the next level for not much more per piece than the price of their gifts.

We offer LOTS of products that allow low minimums anywhere from 1 piece and up! We can find multiple solutions for you with the quantity you need.
